Job summary

Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill is hiring a Prep Cook in Nashville to support daily kitchen operations with a focus on prep work, quality, and safety. You will follow prep lists, manage station setup, and assist with dishwashing as needed, contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

We offer flexible scheduling for full-time and part-time team members and a profit-sharing tip program, with strong opportunities for growth within a restaurant concept that values guests and colleagues

• Prepare ingredients and foods for cooking by following prep lists and manager directions
• Ensure consistent quality by using recipe cards and meeting production and portion standards
• Clean, sanitize, and set up your station at the start and end of each shift (may include light dishwashing)
• Protect our guests and your team by following all sanitation and safety policies
