San Antonio Taco Co. is hiring Prep Cooks in Nashville, TN. You will craft fresh, from-scratch ingredients and help build sauces and salsas for our tacos. You’ll follow recipes, keep stations clean, and work with teammates to maintain top quality.

• Work with the team to uphold food safety and sanitation.
• Support kitchen during service by replenishing ingredients and communicating needs.
• Set up the team for success at the start of every shift.
