Responsibilities:
  1. Preparing portions and food items following recipe guidelines to meet or exceed guests' expectations.
  2. Stocking the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time.
  3. Ensuring proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety.
  4. Reading recipes and producing products on a timely basis using various kitchen equipment.
  5. Following build-to pars and completing production efficiently.
  6. Placing products in hot wells, cold wells, walk-in refrigerators, and freezers.
  7. Storing all food products properly with appropriate labeling and dating.
  8. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of prep areas, equipment, walls, and floors.
  9. Assisting in controlling food costs through inventory management.
  10. Following kitchen safety, sanitation, and back door safety rules.
  11. Promoting teamwork and maintaining standards of quality, freshness, and presentation.
  12. Keeping kitchen surroundings clean and meeting health regulations.
  13. Assisting in other kitchen tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and sanitizing.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to stand and walk during entire shift.
  • Ability to work closely with team members in the back of the house.
  • Capability to reach, bend, stoop, and wipe as needed.
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule: Every weekend, Monday to Friday
