Job summary

PINCHO is hiring Prep Cooks in Miami, FL, immediately for full-time roles. You will be trained to prepare top-quality food in open kitchens, follow recipes, and ensure high standards across locations.

The position starts at $13 per hour and includes on-the-job training, with opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities include maintaining food quality, checking products, following safety and sanitation rules, restocking stations, and staying active throughout the shift to serve guests

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable about the menu and varying products carried.
• No previous experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

A Day In The Life

As a Prep Cook, you will betrainedin preparing top-quality food in our open kitchens. Other job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency across all restaurants
• You will be responsible for regular checks to assure product quality
  
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all PINCHO standards
• Restock cook stations and keep them clean and organized for other team members
• Stand and/or walk for an entire shift – This role is constantly in motion to deliver mind-blowing meals to our guests

Requirements

• Knowledgeable about the menu and the varying products we carry.
• No previous experience is needed. We offer on-the-job training.
• Be at least eighteen(18) years of age.
• Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our restaurant guests.
