PINCHO is hiring immediate prep cooks for full-time shifts in our open kitchen. Starting wage begins at $13 per hour, with on-the-job training to help you grow within the company.

As a prep cook you will learn recipes, ensure food quality, and maintain clean, organized stations while following safety standards. No prior experience required; applicants must be 18 or older and ready to excel in a fast-paced team environment.

A Day In The Life

As a Prep Cook, you will betrainedin preparing top-quality food in our open kitchens. Other job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency across all restaurants
• You will be responsible for regular checks to assure product quality
  
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all PINCHO standards
• Restock cook stations and keep them clean and organized for other team members
• Stand and/or walk for an entire shift – This role is constantly in motion to deliver mind-blowing meals to our guests

Requirements

• Knowledgeable about the menu and the varying products we carry.
• No previous experience is needed. We offer on-the-job training.
• Be at least eighteen(18) years of age.
• Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our restaurant guests.
