Job summary

Famous Dave's Louisville is seeking a kitchen team member to produce and maintain menu items per recipe specifications while upholding safety and sanitation standards. You will work to ensure timely, accurate preparation and portioning, while keeping the station organized and stocked ahead of rush periods.

Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, days, weekends and holidays. A strong focus on teamwork, initiative, and professional conduct is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2 years of work or related experience preferred.

• Recipe Adherence: 100% recipe knowledge when prepping or assisting with any other production step.

• Cleanliness: Maintain the kitchen and all of its equipment to a "like new" condition. Practice clean as you go!
• Productivity: Your productivity is measured, not only by the quality of what you do, but by the quantity of work you complete in a specific time period.
