You will read prep sheets, follow Jaggers' legendary recipes, and help keep the walk-in refrigerator clean and organized while maintaining proper safety and sanitation practices.

The role emphasizes teamwork, proper equipment use, and adherence to storage and rotation procedures.

As a Prep Cook your responsibilities would include:

• Reading a prep sheet
• Following Jaggers legendary recipes
• Keeping the walk-in refrigerator clean and organized
• Maintaining and using equipment properly
• Following storage and rotation procedures
• Maintains proper safety and sanitation practices
• Exhibits teamwork
