Jaggers, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is looking for a Prep Cook who enjoys preparing scratch-made food that is up to our legendary standards.

As a Prep Cook you will read prep sheets, follow Jaggers recipes, and keep the walk‑in clean and organized while maintaining equipment and practicing safety. We value teamwork and offer a supportive environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Reading a prep sheet.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret prep sheets to prepare ingredients.
• Follow Jaggers recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
• Keep walk-in refrigerator organized and clean to maintain safety and freshness.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment according to guidelines.
• Ensure correct storage and rotation of ingredients.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and health standards at all times.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
