Responsibilities

• Read a prep sheet and prepare ingredients accordingly.
• Follow Jaggers legendary recipes to ensure consistency.
• Keep the walk-in refrigerator clean and organized.
• Maintain and use kitchen equipment properly.
• Follow storage and rotation procedures for all ingredients.
• Maintain proper safety and sanitation practices at all times.
• Exhibit teamwork with culinary staff and front-of-house.

As a Prep Cook Your Responsibilities Would Include

• Reading a prep sheet
• Following Jaggers legendary recipes
• Keeping the walk-in refrigerator clean and organized
• Maintaining and using equipment properly
• Following storage and rotation procedures
• Maintains proper safety and sanitation practices
• Exhibits teamwork
