Job summary

Westbound & Down Brewing Company is opening a new brewpub in Longmont, CO. We are seeking team players passionate about craft beer, great food, and exceptional guest service to join our expanding operation.

We offer a mix of full-time and part-time roles with competitive compensation and opportunities for advancement in a dynamic Colorado brewery setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food quality.
• Protect the quality of the guest experience.
• Maintain morale and performance of line.
• Offer support and constructive criticism.
• Notify management of deficiencies or repair needs.
• Help ensure clear communication across all lines.
• Help maintain 25% of food cost through portion control and waste minimization.
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food quality

• Help execute effective communication from and to all lines
• Help maintain 25% of food cost by managing portion control and minimizing waste
