We are currently seeking a motivated Prep Cook to join our dynamic and professional culinary team. This position requires a strong work ethic, problem‑solving and time‑management skills, and an enthusiastic, teachable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of all types of food items while following recipes.
• Work as a team player.
• Assist in cleaning the entire kitchen area, kitchen equipment, refrigerators, freezers, and storage area.
• Advise supervisor of kitchen equipment repair or replacement.
• Properly utilize, store, and label cooked food and food items.
• Check computer printout for menu amounts and recipes, report any discrepancies to supervisor, and submit food usage reports.
• Perform any other related kitchen duties as assigned by a supervisor.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel that is culinary and hospitality driven.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to uncompromising quality.
• Team‑oriented approach and a calm demeanor during time‑sensitive tasks.
• Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully.
