Jim 'N Nick's Community BBQ is hiring for an entry-level Back of House position in Homewood, AL. You will chop, mix, portion, and prepare sauces, sides, and ingredients to exact recipes and specs, label and rotate products, and keep the area spotless as the line is set up before doors open.

No prior experience is required; we will teach you the JNN way. This role offers a path to real advancement from line cook to pitmaster and beyond in a high-energy kitchen.

The Physical Stuff:

This role is hands-on and high-energy. You’ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stockroom areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft.
