Job summary

Berg Hospitality seeks Prep Cooks for its Fort Worth location to support high-end dining operations and culinary prep in a fine dining environment. You will work as part of a professional kitchen team, ensuring prep quality, consistency, and efficient service.

We value hospitality, integrity, and a positive attitude; 1-2 years in a fine dining setting and food handler certification are preferred, along with the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds. 18+ required.

Qualifications

• FOOD HANDLER CERTIFICATIONS required.
• 1-2 years in full-service restaurant with hospitality mindset and teamwork.
• Passion for True Hospitality, integrity, and a positive attitude.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Curiosity to learn and a can-do mindset.
• Prolonged standing/walking and ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
