To produce and maintain the quality of menu items assigned to your station according to the company's menu recipes and specifications. Ensure safety, sanitation, and food standards are met according to recipes, procedures, quality, and timeliness.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Timeliness: Station ready to work at scheduled time and proper uniform.
  2. Pace: Maintain a brisk and steady pace, organized, avoiding unnecessary steps.
  3. Recipe Adherence: 100% recipe knowledge when prepping or assisting with any other production step.
  4. Portioning: Use scales, measuring spoons, recipe cards, and perform portion control tests.
  5. Cleanliness: Maintain the kitchen and equipment in a "like new" condition. Practice clean as you go!
  6. Productivity: Measure your productivity by the quality and quantity of work completed within a specific time period.
  7. Organization skills: Essential for efficient workflow.
