Pinstripes in Edina, MN is seeking a friendly Prep Cook to support our all-scratch kitchen. You’ll chop, portion, and prep ingredients, help keep the line stocked, and ensure readiness for daily service.

• Follow recipes and prep lists to support daily service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep and storage areas.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
• Assist line cooks and kitchen team as needed.
• Help receive and store deliveries properly.

As a Prep Cook, you’ll play a key role in supporting our all-scratch kitchen by preparing fresh ingredients, maintaining organization, and ensuring our culinary team is set up for success each day.
