Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Prep Cook to help deliver high-quality dining experiences for guests. You will follow brand recipe cards, maintain safety standards, and support the kitchen team to ensure meals meet brand expectations.

Responsibilities include preparing food consistently, documenting containers, and rotating stock per SOP, while staying organized in a fast-paced environment. You will respond to guest requests with a positive attitude and assist with par management

Qualifications

• Prior culinary or kitchen experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and teamwork.
