Parkhurst Dining is seeking a prep cook to join our team. This role focuses on properly preparing, cooking and storing food items in accordance with recipes and safety standards under ServSafe and HAACP guidelines.
You will apply professional culinary techniques, rotate stock using FIFO, maintain temperatures, label and store items, and support fellow team members to ensure guests are satisfied. The pay rate for this position is $18.00 per hour.

This person is responsible for properly preparing, cooking and storing food items that are prepared in advance to establish consistent yields and food quality. He/she shall prepare all food items in accordance with Parkhurst Dining Culinary Gold Standards, recipes, and production procedures under strict sanitary conditions following ServSafe and HAACP guidelines.
The pay rate for this position is $18.00 / hour.
