Job summary

Parkhurst Dining is seeking a Prep Cook to join Eat'n Park Hospitality Group’s team. The role supports culinary operations, applying professional techniques and following company recipes. You’ll handle preparation, rotation of goods, and maintain strict sanitation standards.

The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM with weekends and holidays off, offering stable hours in a values-driven environment. Join a growth-minded team and contribute to the mission to Create a Smile.

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking for the shift (high activity).
• Occasional lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Frequent handling of items up to 20 pounds during prep and service.

Responsibilities

• Apply professional culinary techniques and procedures.
• Cut, weigh, and prepare items following recipes and procedures.
• Rotate refrigerated and dry goods using FIFO; ensure proper temps for foods, coolers and freezers.
• Wrap, label, date and store items to maintain freshness under sanitary guidelines.
