Parkhurst Dining is hiring a Prep Cook for a 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday schedule. Join Eat’n Park Hospitality Group’s Parkhurst Dining team and help prepare items, follow recipes, and maintain safety standards in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply professional culinary techniques and procedures.
• Cut, weigh, and prepare food items following recipes.
• Rotate refrigerated and dry goods using FIFO policies.
• Maintain proper temperatures for all foods, coolers, and freezers.
• Wrap, label, date and store all food items to ensure freshness and quality.
