We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Prep Cook to support our kitchen team. As a Prep Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing ingredients, following recipes, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. Your work sets the stage for smooth service and great meals.

What Will You Do?

Prepare and portion ingredients (chopping vegetables, cutting meats, making sauces, etc.)

Label, date, and store food properly to ensure freshness and minimize waste

Assist cooks and chefs with daily prep tasks and mise en place

Keep prep stations clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly

Assist with receiving and storing deliveries

Support with closing and cleaning duties as needed

What You Bring:

Previous kitchen or prep experience required

Basic understanding of food safety and knife handling

Good time management and organizational skills

Ability to work on your feet for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain one)

Must be available to work e venings, weekends, and h olidays as needed

High School Diploma or GED
