Job summary

Ledgewood Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated Prep Cook to join our kitchen team in Beverly, MA. This role focuses on preparing meals per planned menus and recipes, ensuring items are tasty, visually appealing, and served with proper portions and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cook.
• Experience using cutting tools, cookware and bake ware.
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods.
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of meals in accordance with planned menus and recipes.
• Preparation of meals that are tasty and appetizing in appearance.
• Serve food with proper portion control and safety standards.
• Maintain high sanitation levels during and after production.
• Supervise kitchen staff as directed by the Food Service Director.

Requirements for Cook:

• Proven experience as a cook.
