Job summary

Ledgewood Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center in Beverly, MA is seeking a Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare meals according to planned menus and recipes, ensuring they are tasty and visually appealing for our residents and patients.

Minimal experience as a cook is required. You will follow sanitation procedures and support the Food Service Director in supervising kitchen staff as needed. Join our caring team today!

• Proven experience as a cook.
• Experience using cutting tools, cookware and bake ware.
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods.
• Ability to follow sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve food following established portion control and safety standards.
