Qualifications

• Assist Line Cooks and Pantry with food preparation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist with line cooking when required.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary prep area, and assist with walk-in cooler and freezer upkeep.
• Support cooks and prep team to ensure timely service.
