Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales experience required (automotive sales a plus).
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience handling phone leads and Internet inquiries is a strong plus.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare models.
• Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers.
• Maintain high CSI scores.
• Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards.
