• Minimum 6 months Flat-Rate/Flag dealership experience required.
• Lexus/Toyota experience with ASE certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostics on automotive systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Provide timely updates on repair status.

• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology.
• Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers and vendors.

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
• Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
• Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors
