Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Preoperative to deliver specialized nursing care in an assigned unit.

The RN will assess patient needs across physical, psychosocial, spiritual, educational, cultural, and safety domains, develop individualized care plans, and implement medical and nursing orders. The role requires active RN license in the state, CPR, ACLS, and NRP certifications, with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
• Active RN license in the state.
• CPR, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
• BSN preferred; acute care experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychosocial, spiritual, educational, cultural and safety domains.
• Develop individualized care plans and implement medical and nursing orders.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and participate in hourly rounding.
• Act as shift supervisor when needed.
• Provide strong interpersonal communication and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
