Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school, with at least one year of RN experience.

• Preferred qualifications include a BSN, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care following organizational policies and protocols.
• Implements and monitors care plans, assesses patient conditions, and coordinates multidisciplinary care.
• Carries out physician and nursing orders, assists with discharge planning, and documents care activities.
• Conducts comprehensive assessments, identifies patient needs, sets achievable goals, and develops care plans.
• Implements nursing interventions, ensures patient safety, administers medications, educates patients and families, and evaluates patient progress.
• Facilitates seamless care coordination from admission to discharge, including delegation and supervision of staff.
