Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe, individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinates care with interdisciplinary team and documents care plans.
• Promotes patient education, discharge planning, and continuity of care.
• Ensures compliance with Memorial Hermann policies and standards.
