Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, evaluate, and ensure implementation of patient care from admission to discharge.
• Coordinate flow to OR and PACU and maintain patient safety.
• Document nursing notes accurately and audit records daily.
• Assist physicians and anesthesia personnel as needed in perioperative care.
• Administer pre-operative medications and verify consent and discharge instructions.
• Maintain sterile technique and infection control per facility policies.
