United Surgical Partners International's Saint Francis Surgery Center in Memphis, TN is seeking a PreOp RN. Join a patient-focused team and enjoy a schedule with no weekends, no on-call, and no holidays while delivering exceptional preoperative care.

You will assess patients preoperatively, educate families, monitor vitals, review histories, and document care. Requirements: TN RN license, BLS/ACLS, 2 years preop/PACU; this role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school or professional nursing.
• Current RN license in Tennessee.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• A minimum of 2 years of recent preoperative, PreOp or PACU experience.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated stability and longevity in previous roles, with a history of long-term commitment and progression in past positions.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients before surgery, ensuring they are fully prepared for procedures.
• Educate patients and families about the surgical process and provide reassurance.
• Monitor vitals, review medical histories, and collaborate with the surgical team for a safe experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high standards of patient care.
