CommonSpirit Memorial is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive perioperative care across preoperative, intraoperative, and immediate postoperative phases. You will lead the care team, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes through direct assessment, intervention, and evaluation.
This role requires exceptional clinical expertise in perioperative nursing, strong critical thinking, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
As our Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the comprehensive care of the surgical patient across all perioperative phases: preoperative, intraoperative, and immediate postoperative. You will play a critical role in ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
Every day, you will engage in all activities, both technical and professional, that contribute to the safest perioperative course and most positive outcome possible for each patient. This includes direct patient assessment, intervention, and evaluation. Furthermore, you will effectively direct and coordinate the activities of other healthcare team members to achieve this paramount goal, functioning as a leader in patient-centered care.
