Job summary

Tuscan Surgery Center at Las Colinas is seeking a Registered Nurse for PreOp/PACU to ensure safe, continuous care from preoperative assessment through recovery. You will work with surgeons and the team to deliver patient-centered care with emphasis on safety and comfort.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call. PACU/CC experience is preferred and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS and ACLS required, PALS preferred.
• 2 years PACU/CC experience preferred.
• Strong nursing judgment and prioritization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuity and quality nursing care from preop to PACU.
• Evaluate patient condition, ensure safety, comfort and privacy.
• Assist physicians in procedure rooms and in sedation as needed.
• Prepare and discharge patients with appropriate instructions.
