Crown Bakeries in Pleasant Prairie, WI, is seeking a Mixer Operator to measure and prepare ingredients for batches and dough, ensuring a safe, high-quality product that meets company and customer standards.

You will monitor downtime, keep the line supplied, complete batch forms, maintain a sanitary work area, and follow GMP and safety procedures while assisting in training as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsabilités

• Measure and prepare ingredients for batches and dough in proper sequence.
• Sign off that each ingredient has been added and processed for the correct time.
• Monitor downtime and waste and report to Lead/Supervisor.
• Keep the line supplied with ingredients and maintain pace set by Production Lead/Supervisor.
• Complete batch forms (Lot Sheets) and deliver to Production Manager.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area and tools.
• Communicate changes to teammates and scheduling.
• Assist in training of mixing area as needed.
• Follow GMPs and Safety Procedures; report equipment problems immediately.
• Follow company policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook.
