Qualifications

• Diploma or college education required; wine knowledge essential.
• WSET or Court of Master Sommelier certifications preferred.
• Experience in wine service and guest engagement is important.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and sell wines and other beverages to guests.
• Train front of house staff on wine and wine pairing.
• Maintain wine stock levels and update wine lists.
