Bay View Shade & Blind in Wisconsin (Waukesha) is seeking an Installation Experience Specialist to install high-end, custom window treatments in homes and businesses. This hands-on role blends precision, craftsmanship, problem-solving, and customer interaction.

You will learn our installation methods and work with tools you already know. No previous window treatment installation required, but practical tool experience and a strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using basic hand and power tools.
• Background in mechanical or trade skills is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs and work on ladders.

Responsibilities

• Install custom window treatments in high-end residential and commercial environments.
• Use hand and power tools to complete accurate, professional installations.
• Measure, level, align, drill, mount, and finish products with precision.
• Learn specialized installation techniques and develop technical skills.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide practical solutions.
• Interact with customers professionally throughout the installation.
