Job summary

Lancaster's Custom Dock & Lift Systems, Inc. is hiring skilled carpenters to join our premier team in Troutman, North Carolina. This role focuses on luxury dock and lift systems, demanding reliability, precise craftsmanship, and the ability to work both independently and with a crew.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of carpentry or construction experience.
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to safely operate a boat is preferred.
Comfortable with heights and working over water.

Responsibilities

Perform rough and finish carpentry work, including framing, stairs, and decking, roofing, tile installation, and handrailing.
Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
Install doors, frames, hardware, and miscellaneous trim.
Framing docks and elevated decks with precision.
Assist with crane signals and rigging as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Follow all safety protocols and communicate effectively with team members.
Work outdoors in a range of seasonal and weather conditions.
Travel to job sites within a 50-mile radius of Troutman, NC.
