• Excellent communication skills for negotiating with vendors and presenting to leadership.

Job Overview

• Salary/Pay Rate: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00/year (based on experience).
• Location: Troutman, NC (Lake Norman area).
• Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

You will serve as a technical anchor for preconstruction, transforming complex architectural visions into precise, actionable financial blueprints for elite waterfront structures.
