Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Energetic, outgoing and able to stand, walk, and carry items up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues professionally.

Responsibilities

• Always greet guests cheerfully and thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe, timely manner.
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions to retrieve self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain a neat uniform appearance and provide friendly service.
• Be outdoors, active, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
• May assist with small cleaning or maintenance tasks per management.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
