Job summary

Metropolis Technologies is seeking a Valet Attendant at the Ritz Carlton, South Beach. You will greet guests, assist with parking, and maintain a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment. A valid US driver’s license and the ability to drive manual transmission are preferred.

Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends are available. We value reliability, safety, and clear guest communication.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Valet Attendant is required.
• Valid state driver’s license with current address and clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission is a strong plus.
• Flexible schedule including 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends.
• Ability to read, write, and respond professionally to customers and co-workers.
• Must provide valid documentation to work legally in the U.S.
• Ability to follow instructions and stay calm during delays or changes.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience & Communication: proactively resolve requests, offer directions, explain rates clearly.
• Vehicle Safety & Operations: inspect vehicles, drive safely, report incidents.
• Professional Standards: arrive on time, maintain uniform, assist with additional duties.
