Parking Management Company is seeking a Hospitality Valet Attendant to deliver a premium guest experience at luxury hotels, resorts and events. You will park and retrieve vehicles safely, greet guests warmly, and maintain a polished, professional presence during every shift.

This role offers hourly pay with tip opportunities, a fast-paced outdoor environment, and frequent contact with guests. You’ll need a valid driver’s license and excellent customer service skills to succeed across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and a welcoming demeanor for guest interactions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle inspections and document parking locations
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles and manage key handling
• Follow attendance and timekeeping policies and report tips accurately
• Keep valet areas clean, organized and presentable
• Provide exceptional guest service and maintain a professional team environment
• Arrive on time in uniform and groomed before clocking in
• Attend meetings and complete required training modules
• Support operations and adapt to changing business needs
