Job summary

Best Buy is hiring a Retail Sales Specialist to engage customers in the Microsoft products department, understand their needs, and provide expert service and recommendations. You’ll stay current on training and certifications to deliver relevant, memorable solutions that excite and reassure customers.

You will support the customer experience by completing transactions, meeting sales targets, and maintaining department merchandising. A flexible schedule including holidays and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or related field.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
