Job summary

You will maintain knowledge of Microsoft products through required trainings and self-development, ensuring customers feel excited and confident in solutions. In this role, you will help customers in-store, complete transactions, and stay current on promotional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or related field.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
