Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee premium spaces ensuring set-up, execution and break-down meet company standards.
• Ensure high quality and well-presented food and beverages within established timeframes.
• Review menu and production needs to manage daily functions.
• Monitor staff to ensure systems, protocols and QA tools are used correctly.
• Communicate with staff regularly.
• Enforce safety standards with employees.
• Ensure sanitation standards are enforced and sign off on cleaning procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $20/hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Reviews menu and other production needs to oversee and manage daily functions.
• Monitors staff daily to ensure all systems, protocols and quality assurance tools are utilized correctly.
• Communicates to staff regularly.
• Enforces safety standards with employees.
• Ensures sanitation standards are enforced daily and signs-off on cleaning procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to push and pull carts of product.
• Ability to lift equipment and product up to 50 pounds.
