Job summary

Compass Group USA (Levy) seeks a Premium Supervisor for Shell Energy Stadium in Houston. You will oversee food, beverage and meal services for events, supervising staff and ensuring timely, high-quality service.

You will review menus, manage production needs, enforce sanitation and safety standards, and uphold exceptional guest experiences on busy event days.

• Monitors staff daily to ensure all systems, protocols and quality assurance tools are utilized correctly.

• Enforces safety standards with employees.
• Ensures sanitation standards are enforced daily and signs-off on cleaning procedures.
