Levy Sector is seeking a Premium Supervisor (Player's Club) for State Farm Arena/Levy Restaurants on a part-time, event-based schedule in Atlanta. The role requires 2+ years in hospitality supervision, with a focus on premium service and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and Hawks home games.

Pay rate is $19.00 per hour, with benefits typical to Levy/Compass Group USA employers. This position emphasizes guest interaction, leadership, and maintaining high standards of service and sanitation.

Pay Rate:$19.00 per hour. This is not a tipped position.

Schedule:Part time event-based schedule. Open availability preferred. Must be able to work ]evenings and weekends. Must be able to work all Hawks home games.

Requirements:The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of experience working in a food and beverage or hospitality supervison, preferably in a premium or upscale setting. The candidate should have an outgoing personalitiy and the ability to interact with high profile guests and remain professional and dedicated to providing exceptional experience. They have the ability to communicate effectively, problem solve and make decisions with little guidance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in catering, hospitality, or food service supervisor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Conflict resolutions and de-esclation skills.
• Ability to learn and understand event-specific paperwork, inventory reports, and menus
• Exceptional organizaional skills and attention to detail

Job Summary

Provides the first level of supervision of food, beverage, and meal services while also overseeing production.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures high quality, good-tasting and well-presented food and beverages are served within established time frames.
