Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary training preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant, club, or hospitality environment.
• Must be able to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary communicator between kitchen staff and service teams to ensure orders are delivered accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor food preparation and presentation, ensuring proper cooking sequence, portion accuracy, and adherence to quality standards.
• Lead and direct food runners, ensuring coordinated and timely delivery of orders to suites and premium areas.
• Follow opening and closing procedures, including food preparation assignments and operational checklists.
• Ensure food safety by maintaining proper temperatures, cleanliness, and sanitation in all work areas.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of kitchen spaces and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding service and seamless event execution.
• Uphold company standards for appearance, grooming, and uniform compliance.
