Legends Global is seeking a Suites Expediter to bridge front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring flawless food execution and premium guest experiences at the Cowboys Club at AT&T Stadium. You will coordinate communication between culinary and service teams, monitor food quality, lead runners, and uphold Legends' standards.

This role requires leadership, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary training preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in fast-paced, high-end restaurant, club, or hospitality.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary communicator between kitchen and service teams to ensure accurate/efficient orders.
• Monitor food preparation and presentation, ensuring proper cooking sequence and portion accuracy.
• Lead and direct food runners for coordinated, timely delivery to suites and premium areas.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and operational checklists.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation in all work areas.
• Keep kitchen spaces organized and clean, including equipment and surfaces.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding service and event execution.
• Uphold appearance, grooming, and uniform standards.
