Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is hiring a sales associate to greet customers, assist with merchandising, and contribute to a positive shopping environment. You will help with stock counts, fitting room upkeep, and store projects, returning merchandise to the floor as needed.

In this role you will handle purchases, exchanges, store credits and returns at the point of sale, working with teammates to deliver friendly and efficient service to all customers.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift, frequently bend, squat and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., and climb a ladder to reach merchandise or supplies.
• Ability to distinguish fabric patterns and colors.

Responsibilities

• Build a relationship with customers from greeting through post-sale contact.
• Assist with visually merchandising, store setup and other store-related projects, and conduct merchandise stock counts.
• Assist with monitoring and maintaining fitting room areas and returning merchandise to the sales floor.
• Handle stand operating procedures for customer purchases, exchanges, store credits and returns at the point of sale.
