Qualifications

• High School degree preferred.

• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 20 lbs) and stand for long periods.
• Must work with discretion in a luxury spa environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain locker rooms, float pool, restrooms, relaxation rooms, and tranquility rooms.
• Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests in spa areas.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of facilities at all times.
• Assist other departments as needed and support staff.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance issues to management.
• Attend training sessions and follow spa policies.
• Clock in/out and maintain confidentiality of guest information.
