Job summary

The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa in Houston, TX is seeking a meticulous locker room attendant to maintain a pristine, well-stocked locker room and greet members with discretion and professionalism during their visits. You will ensure amenities are available, monitor for unusual activity, support guest comfort, and perform related duties to uphold the luxury standard and safety of the facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and friendly attitude.
• Preferably with prior customer service experience.
• Eye for cleanliness-housekeeping experience.
• Willingness to stand and walk for extended period of times.

Responsibilities

• Service the members needs with genuine care.
• Maintain the locker room and coffee station in a clean and pristine manner.
• Ensure all amenities are stocked and functioning.
• Promote locker rental advantages to new and existing members.
• Report defects and monitor for unusual activity; ensure safety.
• Clean and disinfect counters, benches, and surfaces daily.
• Assist with laundry bags handling and inventory as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
